Easy Step To cartoon Through Photoshop

1 . Open image that you would like to Edit.
then duplicate background layer.

2 . Then apply the poster edge filter. Go to filer tab>Artistic>pester edges. the value of edge thickness 4, edge intensity 2, posterization 3. Look the pic below.
 

3. After that, we will adjust brightness and contrast, the value of 10 brightness 30 contrast.
 

4. Then we will do an cut out effect. (cartoon effect) Go to filter tab>artistic. cut out.
